With a passion for ensuring every child’s success, Aisling has earned a first-class honors Master’s degree in Education and her career has been marked by a commitment to championing diversity, promoting well-being, and nurturing confidence and creativity among students. Aisling’s dedication extends beyond the classroom walls. She has served as a guest speaker at Middlesex University Dubai, sharing her insights and knowledge with aspiring educators. Additionally, she has participated as a panelist speaker at the esteemed Sixth Emerging Research Paradigms in Business and Social Sciences (ERPBSS) conference in 2022, where she delved into the vital topic of wellness ecosystems in educational settings. Aisling recently hosted the very first Pastoral Networking event for Pastoral leaders of the UAE in January 2024.
